Cab Lights

I want to install cab lights on my truck and i would like to get the kind that were typically present on the 73-87 chevy trucks. I haven't been able to find any for a decent price, can anyone help me out?

Several online catalogs offer them for like $50-100

also try the parts store they are cheaper and some do look like oem they are in the help section
