87 Van Ignition lock

Can anyone tell me how to get the ingition lock out of the column. i have the key, but so do others so I want to change the lock, Which I already have. But it lends no clues ?????????????????///

Check the tech section on how to fix a sloppy column.  you have to take the column down to get it out.
