transmission lines
« on: February 09, 2011, 08:53:42 am »
ok you 82 to 87 guys. I'm not to concerned about the transmission end cause my 700r4 lines hooked up to my th350 fine. But now with my new radiator the hookups on the radiator moved from the driver side to the passenger side. Are most trucks connections on the passenger side on the radiator? I ask this cause I want to order the classic tubes prebent ss tubes and I don't know if they are prebent for driver or passenger side. It is a 2wd.

All of the ones I have seen are located on the passenger side.

Great thanks. My truck was originally a 6.2l d. So the original radiator had them on the driver side.

That makes sense. If you order them for a gasser they should be right, with the hookups at the trans and the radiator all on the passenger side. That's how my 73, 84, and 88 parts trucks are set up, all with gas motors.
