Looking for touch-up paint
« on: August 10, 2011, 06:45:07 PM »
I need some more touch up paint for my truck, but the company I used to get it from, Lewis Distributing, isn't in business any longer. Do any of you have an online source for automotive paint that you would recommend? Or, if any of you live in the Salem, Oregon area, do you have any local suppliers that you would recommend?

Run your truck by a Sherwin-Williams Automotive store.  They have color eye "color spectrometer" that they will bring out and measure your trucks color and can do a fine job matching it.

Are you looking to brush touch a rock chip or spray an area? If it's just a small amount, and a stock color, any body shop should have some leftovers around that they would likely give you a bit.
