Chevy never made a "sawblade" rim as far as what I would describe one to be.

i didn't think they did either. all i know is that they resemble a saw blade, are aluminum, and have a 5 star spoke pattern but the spokes are not straight, they are slanted. reason i want to know is because i want some and can't find them in Summit, Jegs, JC Whitney.

A friend of mine has a 89 4x4 with a slanted spoke rims on it. They can from the dealer with them ingraved with 4x4 on one of the spokes and chevy bow tie in the center cap. The look like "sawblade" rims. They were part of a custom package done buy a factory conversion company. He does not remember the name anymore and the stickers that were on the truck he had removed days after he bought the truck.
