what cam should i use on my crate engine

I got a 350 5.7 crate engine all stock in my 1986 c10 with an edelbrook intake manifold w/egr #3701 and stock 4bbl qjet w/electric choke and was wondering what cam would be best and make a difference and woul it affect on smog check...please i need advice here dont know much about cams

What is you end result you are looking for?  You need to add more info to the post.

    capt is right, cam will change alot of things, it is best to have an end goal first before changing cams.
#1: The easiest and most obvious solution to any problem is 99% of the time correct.

Well this is a truck im putting back together for street ride kind of a daylie driver ..i noticed this engine is a vortec 4 bolt with a main seal zz4 roller cam and 193 heads i wanna get the most power out of it and keep it street legal but not sure what performance upgrades are outthere that wont affect emissions

If it has a ZZ4 Roller, why change?

I might of asked the wrong question just trying to get some advise on performance upgrades for this type of engine ...i have also read those 193 heads arent so good and should be replaced with aluminum heads instead..any opinions??
