I got good news today

I found out today that I get my plate taken out of my arm on January 16.  I've been waiting to find out because it bothers me a little when I put my elbow on anything.

The ex had the same problem, they actually just removed the screws from the plate and it solved the problem.

That's good. Do you drive HD trucks for a living? The last few months must have been rough on that arm.

I drive a jockey truck.  Its been a little over a year since i fell so the last few months have been beneficial to me getting my strength back
