Scale Model Trucks
« on: March 04, 2012, 07:47:17 pm »
Hey Everyone, I have a 79 Chevy Cheyenne C20, standard cab, long bed with a 350. For a project, I'm looking for a scale model of a standard cab, long bed. I want to build a model of my truck. I have searched up and down and everywhere for one. The only thing I can find a Chevy short bed step sides and GMC short bed fleet sides. I would have to get three models and graph the parts together to make my model. If any of ya'll know where I can find a model that matches or is the right profile i'd love to hear about it. Thanks ya'll.

You and me both, I have had no luck in finding any good models of 73 - 80 trucks like ours.  I have found some 81 + with the horizontal marker lights, but I don't have that style of trucks.   >:(

not what you are looking for exactly but may interest others

Hey they got some cool K10 fleet sides 73 - 75 versions.  If they had one in a step side bed I would buy one for my 74 step side, it could be it's mascot.   ;D

Thanks for that, I'm looking for something I have to paint and build though, and actually replica model, not a pre-built die cast. Thanks again though.
