New from KY
« on: March 19, 2012, 10:02:43 pm »
New to the site but not to forums.  I am looking to buy either a k5 blazer or 3/4 ton truck to lift and fix up.

I'm wanting to run a min of a 37" tire on a 20x12 black wheel and paint it OD green with black accents all over.  These trucks are getting hard to find around here and when you do find them they generally need quite a bit of TLC.  The usuals have been surfacing.  Rusted rocker, cab corner and fender wells, and loose steering to boot.  I am not wanting to fully restore just something to play with.

Thanks for having me on the forums.

Is there a classified section where vehicles are sold?

Welcome from NW Indiana... Yes there is a classified section but I think newbies don't see it for a while but I don't know when, sorry.  Your best source is probably going to be Craigslist IMO.

Welcome from California, Zieg is right, you wont be able to see the classified section until you post a few, not that there is any trucks for sale right now, check local or go to where rust is not an issue.
I find them all the time mostly rust free in Ca. but that is a little ways away for you.

The classified section requires a minimum post contribution by members before it is available.  To SELL on the forum requires a site subscription as per the Registration agreement everyone accepted when they joined.
