Hood Emblem...

I have an 81 stepside and I'm wanting to put on the hood emblem.....does anyone know the measurements for it?? How far from the front it goes back?? There's a hole under the hood by the hood latch, is that the hole for the front screw?? Thanks for the help.....

      That is a question that will have to be answered by someone that has one.  You might have to wait to see if they even see this post.  Or you could search through members rides for pics of members trucks, for one like what you are looking for and PM them and ask, it never hurts to ask someone.
