Front Brake Calipers On A 87 R10

I'm new to the forum and new to owning a Chevy. I was looking up break calipers for my truck and was reading something about D52 Chevy calipers being the biggest calipers on older Chevys. Now I know this will probably be a dumb question for some of you but will the D52 Calipers fit my R10?

All GM pickups used D52 calipers.
