Will it be on a permanent type foundation when your done?
No, I will put it on blocks and get it off the wheels but if it is mobile, it can't be taxed...

If it was fixed would you have to get a permit for the shed ?

No permit, at least I hadn't for the other 2...

Got the floor replaced in the front, rotten sill replaced and all the water damaged ceiling torn out.  The previous owner said he had a squirrel problem... Talk about walnuts and all kinds of stuff up in the ceiling...  I need to reinforce the sagging ceiling/roof joists but I have a plan.  I rewired 1 circuit that had the insulation rubbed off.  I removed the furnace circuit.  I'll take pictures of the finished product when done.

A little update as the man cave gets some love...  About a week ago my 2 sons and I used the 58 Ford 641 tractor to put the office trailer in its final resting place, put it on blocks and leveled it. Yesterday my son, dad, dad-in-law and brother-in-law all pitched in and made the stairs to get in it all from freecycle stuff obtained over the years of old decks that I re-used, only cost in it was some lag screws and deck screws.  A couple of additional pictures of the garage contents now in the trailer.  There is actually more room in there to move around than it shows.  With time I will go over the contents and organize the back.  It will be nice having everything in one place.  The red/white benches are in the front office where the floor was replaced.  That area if about 7.5' x 8' will be my little escape, close enough for the router signal to work for wireless.  Now all I need to do is finish up the wall and ceiling and I'll be good to go.

That is awesome Zieg, It's nice to hear your family showed up to help you out.  Glad that it is coming together for you.
