Flex lines from tbi to hard lines
« on: August 23, 2012, 08:52:54 pm »
This may be a dumb question but I'm replacing the fuel lines on my 87 v20. I'm in need of the fittings to go from the hard line along the frame to the flex line that runs to the back of the tbi. I've seen theo ring kits, but it's got a goofy flare on the end also. I only have a brake flareing tool so I guess I'm wondering if the parts stores would have an adapter, or pre-flared lines? Worse comes to worse what's the harm of replacing that 2ft section with rubber fuel line? Thanks

The lines are particular to those hoses with the O-rings in them.

You can't run normal rubber hose though, it has to be EFI rated hose.
