Fuel return line diameter

My truck is an 86 and the fuel sending unit has three fuel lines--is the fuel return line the 1/4"
line and the vent is the 5/16" or do I have it backwards?  Thanks

Supply is 3/8"
Return is 1/4"
Vent is 5/16"

It's difficult to know just how much you don't know until you know it.
In other words... if people learn by making mistakes, by now I should know just about everything!!!

And you measure steel tubing on the outside diameter.
