Changing 4wd cab to 2wd cab

Have a 86 chevy 4x4 the orginal cab was damaged in a accident, got a 2wd cab to replace it looking for pics or advice on what to do with the change over for the 4x4 shifter due to the difference in the center hump some help would be great searched for info on the site but had no luck? Thanks

There are a few posts with information and pictures detailing the required changes.  Have you searched the forum?

The easiest way would be to cut out your old hump and put it into your new cab.

This is a picture from a fellow member that changed humps for his 76.
