back fenders. any ideas?
« on: February 28, 2013, 08:36:36 pm »
on both sides the "lip" holding the fenders on is all basically rusted away. Would my best bet be to buy new rear fenders or try welding something together for it? which do you think would be more efficient?

imo if you are stretched for money you could weld something to keep them up, but that would be only a temp fix. if it was me i would just buy news ones to be done with it so i dont have to worry about it anymore.

Find a set at the junk yard, or used somewhere.  If you can the best option is new.
