She's headed for the port to be shipped overseas!

1 of 3 that we recently finished being loaded up for transport to the port and then overseas!  God I love these trucks!!!

They generally spend their lives in the desert.  Usually they get a flat-bed on them and a couple of huge winches!  They are often used as drilling rig movers.  It is going over to Northern Africa.

Here is one of my favorite pictures of a 953 (The 963 is a newer version of the 953 with a B-cab instead of the old A-cab on it).  It was in some middle-eastern country but I don't remember which one.

I'd guess you'd need 40 acres to turn that rig around?

+1 and the best part is you can clear all those acres with one simple twist of the steering wheel! I want one. no idea what I would do with it except run over stuff like...everything!!

Last November while waiting for our cruise ship to leave port in ft lauderdale we got to watch them load heavy equipment onto those ships. That was neat to see just how strong those cranes were.
