Universal Brake Assembly

Hello. This is my first post so bear with me here.  My 78 GMC came with a 250 straight six with manual brakes and steering.  I have built a 350 and found a power steering gear box off of a 1 ton truck so now I'm tackling the brakes.  Has anyone used one of those universal brake pedal assemblies with the master cylinder, brake booster, and an adjustable brake pedal?  From what I see, it's just a bolt on....Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
