Intermit. wiper delay doesn't work, hi and lo ok

I have 77 Chevy c10 with a cab from a 85 on it. Did this swap a couple years back and with help from the schematics here on this site was able transfer old to new. Now having P/W, locks and all EXCEPT the delay feature on the wipers. I tried another delay module but it may have been bad also... didn't work. mist feature as does the hi-lo work fine. The wash feature works fine too as I used the "85 style wiper motor/washer setup. The cab is from a 2500 GMC diesel but that shouldn't mater for the wipers.

I think he has a problem with the intermittent wiper feature, can't get it to work??..

wes thats right the delay feature does nothing

If the delay portion isn't working it is generally the pulse board.
