Chevy van identification
« on: June 23, 2013, 03:58:08 pm »
I have found a van for sale here in Sweden, and I am interested in buying it. I was checking the vin, and it doesn't seem correct! The vin in the registration might be made up by the government here though. Can you guys come up with any idea about what this VIN means? EG25H3G4139676 The van is called CG21305, which means it's a 1973-1995 cargo van, 3/4 ton I guess. It's supposed to be from 1986. It is re-made to look like the GMC A-team van, so the looks doesn't give much away.

I don't know about European cars but from what I can compare USA and euro numbers its European GMC 1985 now I'm not even sure about those numbers so take that like a grain of salt but would like to know if anyone does know or find out
