Door Window rebuild

I just recently bought my 83 C10 Shortbed.  After driving it for awhile I am ready to take care of all of the rattles. Before the weather gets bad I want to start with my doors and their windows.  When I am driving the windows in the doors rattle pretty good.  They are also real hard to put up and down.  Also, from the sound they don't sound like they are sealing good.  I was looking at window parts and wanted to know the parts you guys recommend I replace.  There are a few kits, but the descriptions of what comes in the kits are not clear.  I would like the windows to be more secure, not rattle, and go up and down easier (manual windows).  Any suggestions on what I replace?

This site has an all in one kit and a great price.  This does not include the vent window seals, if you want to get into it that far.  The vent windows are usually the cause of some wind noise.  The other item to buy would be the door seals.  I'll try to post links from the store on these, but if it doesn't work just look in there. 

I am replacing rusted metal right now, but will be replacing all these pieces before reassembly.  Although, I am trying to talk myself in to the one piece windows.  Mine are power, though.  For roughly $350 per door, give or take depending on shipping, you can eliminate all the rattles and wind noise.  Try to talk yourself into those. 

Another thing to think about is the tough to roll up part.  Maybe rollers and grease on the regulators is in order.  Also, new gaskets are going to cause some stiffness until broke in.
