I was looking into getting some helper springs for my 82 K30. I was trying to decide whether to get a contact helper spring set up or a hellwig type progressive setup. Which is preferable?

I have a set of Roadmaster Active Suspension parts. Model MKII. Was on my 1976 C10. I went to air suspension and took them off. You can check their website for more info.
