fuel tank swap

Will a long bed tank fit in a short bed frame?  Only having a 16 gallon tank might suck. ;D

If the long bed tank is the 16 gallon version then yes. If it is the 20 gallon version, no it is too long. You can measure the tank to see which one it is.

16 gallon = 14 x 42 1/4 x 11
20 gallon = 14 x 56 x 11

My long bed has dual 16 gallon tanks so you could steal mine...... but don't.

If you want more capacity, you could do the blazer tank swap.

I've thought about that. But I think I want to keep the stock look, I will probably have to deal with the 16 gallon tank.
