I fixed my converter lockup problem this past weekend... brake switch wasn't making the contacts when the pedal was at rest so converter never got the signal to lockup.

Hey guys I finally cranked my truck after upgrading the harness.
I totally removed the harness from firewall. Degreased it and removed all the splices and burnt wires from throughout the years.
Truck crank on first try.. no blown fuses. YET. So far so good.

     Good news, now let's hope there is no more burnt wires.   :o
