454 to 350 Engine Swap?

What all would need to be done to convert from a big block to a small block?

     The motor mounts are different, and I believe the bell housing would have to changed, though I might be mistaken on the bell housing.

Bell housings are the same.  All bolt on accessories are slightly different as well as the exhaust system.  Easier to find the SB stuff than the BB.  Why are you switching it?
