Has anyone used speedi-sleeve or similar product?
« on: April 05, 2014, 07:48:53 pm »
So, I've got a TH350 with the infamous shift shaft seal leak. Has been leaking ATF in my driveway for who knows how long. I came across this product, never even heard of it before. In theory, it should work. Has anyone ever used it and if so, how has it been holding up? The shaft that comes out appears prior people in the past have gouged the heck out of it with burs and grooves. I tried as best as possible to fill and smooth it out, but still no luck. Or can that shaft be taken completely out and put a new one in? I take it that I'd have to go from through the pan side correct?
