What to price and how to cleaning up some American Racing Wheels

I recently re-finished my trucks stock wheels and put them back on the truck (don't shoot me, I'm a stock guy!).  There were a set of aluminum American Racing Wheels on the truck that the previous owner put on, and I would like to try and sell them now.  I tried to find the wheels on ARW's website to price them but can't find an exact match, as well as, I wouldn't know what to depreciate them being that their used.  Does anyone know what these might be worth?  There are four of the one pictured below, all in the same general condition.  Also, what's a good method of cleaning them up?  They've got some pretty good brake dust and grime on them that wouldn't come off in the self-serv car wash.  Thanks for any thoughts.

     As far as how much, my policy is not to pay for something that is used ( unless it is like a few months old ) more than 50% of what new cost.  Everyone says they only had them for a month or don't have any miles on them.  Unless you can verify this, they are used.
     With that said, find something in your area that is as close to what you have and see how much, then make your decision based on if you can even get them anymore and you have to factor in weather someone will pay what you are asking.
     It is hard to tell you a price since depending on what part of the country you live in it could be high or too low.

Try methyhydrate mixed with windex. Windex always worked to shine up mine and methyl will cut through the crap.
