Jet performance chip/programmer company will sell a rebuilt quadrajet for about $250.
I bought the stage II also, better than new.
Very happy with it. Looks great too.
They will also rebuild your carb also.

I've been checking them out from time to time.  I think If I ever new another GM carb I'll probably try them out.
