Late model seat swap brackets.

I'd like to find someone who has swapped 07-08 burb front seats and 3rd row seats into a 78-91 K5.
I am never home due to work so i am trying to find someone who could build brackets for the install.
Been web searching but all i seem to find is Gen 1 k5 stuff.
