camping set up for 87 suburban w/ ambulance doors
« on: October 25, 2014, 02:17:14 pm »
Does anyone know of a pre - made tent/canopy made specifically for the suburban? Had a couple of buddies try the universal tents and canopies but they were pretty shoddy and fit poorly, especially on a lifted burb.

I would go in the direction of the roof top tents that's popular with the overland crowd. You really need a roof top with canvas coverage of the rear barn doors that would give you a nice setup with maximum storage. Search Overland tents or tents for Land Cruisers or Jeeps.

I'd just sleep inside

Plenty of room in a burb!
