Junkyard manual hub interchange?

I have an 81 k10 with the automatic hubs. I would like to swap to manual. I noticed that some Fords had hubs that look similar. Does anyone know if any will fit my truck? Can't really afford new right now. Thanks in advance,

Any year 1/2 ton Chevy will work. Any 3/4 ton Chevy after 1977.5 as well.

Don't know for sure on the Fords. I know that some will but Ford is known for being erratic on what they equip their trucks with so I really couldn't say.
