86 C10 Fuse panel
« on: November 06, 2014, 02:11:00 PM »
Ok, was wiring a new Choke on Holly Carb, Dummy let the connector hit the Valve cover, yea I know.
Anyhow It was connected in the Far upper right position and of coarse blew a fuse, however I have pulled all of them and cant find the culprit (other than me) the After market voltage gauge was also connected directly below and not working, anyone know where to look?

On a 1986 CK, the two top-right cavities are protected by the Choke fuse, which receives its power directly from the ignition switch.  Go figure!   :o

If the fuse isn't melted or cracked, check the fusible links at the firewall junction block and starter B+.
