The 14 bolt on my truck had the adjustment slots on top
We had to drill a slot on the bottom to reach in and back the adjustment off so we could remove the drum

Then it likely wasn't a full floater. All floaters have the adjuster on the bottom (that I have seen anyway, but I haven't seen everything). On a full floater you can't remove just the drum, the entire hub needs to off with the drum. I don't know a thing about a semi-floater though. But since the axle does not need to come out I doubt if the hub needs to come off since there isn't one hahaha. Most drum brake systems have the adjuster on top and slave cylinder on the bottom I believe, the large, heavy duty, full floating axles being the exceptions. But I have been known to be wrong before...
I am what I am and I ain't no more!
