welcome from maryland. but 14.5" rims? how much grinding will you have to do for that? or is it a typo?

that's expensive tires
$800-1000 each , maybe more

its typed odd.  But that's what it has to be

Not a budget friendly tire at all
Unless it was supposed to be 37.5 x 16.5 surplus military humvee tires
They are cheap , sometimes $100 each
But then you have to have the fancy bead locks rims cut and re centered
And that's big $$

i know they arent cheap im going with nitto mud grapplers for tires they are roughly 400-500 a piece. but its going to be a show truck and not driven a whole lot so im not really worried about tread wear they should still last awhile. ive been doing my research on them and i like the looks of them on the squarebody trucks.

I'm still confused... You want to run 18x14.5 wide rims on a K10? That would be just silly and require a ton of lift and even with crazy backspacing that just wouldn't work.

You won't be able to comfortably fit 37" tires on a 6" lift nor will the truck run well with 14" wide tires.

Your better off sticking with 10" rims with a 12" tire.

ya i have a 4 inch lift now with 33x12.5. people have told me that i can fit 35s on it but i feel like they would rub the fenders on turns with body roll. but with an 8 inch lift i should be able to fit 37s fine and ill probly end up with 13.5 wide tires. the 12.5's that i have on it now clear with a ton of room. when i get new rims they will have a little bit of offset but not too much.
