Aries nerf bars/step bars

I just bought the Aries step bars for my 84 K10, part# 204040, from Real Truck.  I'm having trouble installing the rear brackets which mount to the rear spring hanger.  Anyone have any experience in getting these installed or pics?

Any pics of the brackets? Do you have to drill out the hanger rivets and bolt it all together, or does it just use the spring bolt?
