c20 frame questions

Got a question.I found a 73-76 c20 3/4 ton truck sitting in a old farm field.Theres no bed and the cab is wasted.Now has anyone ever shortened a frame to make it a 6 ft ?I know i wont buy it but was wondering if the frame is beefier and are the bolt holes the same if it were a 1/2 ton frame?
Inquiring minds wanna know  lol.....

shortening frames has been done before, i'm sure someone here has the plans to do it. i think the frame is the same exact as if it were a 1/2 ton, the only different in a 1/2 and 3/4 is the suspension
