im not fighting the fact that a law wasnt broke but theres a legit reason to why it was broken. but thats the reason the red light cameras make money cause if someone has to take off work to fight it just on the first court date you will be losing money and snce its no points the sheep just pay it thinking its in their best interest. since her speed is at 29 mph it shows she made an attempt to stop. they should make a law saying "if you win the court will pay for your loss time at work" this would go with the law they have "if you lose you have to pay court cost"

but the whole points system between md and de is very confusing. if memory serves me right de will recognize md points but md wont recognize de. started driving in Md got a licens for de then went back to md. i went to the DMV a few years ago looking for my driving record but neither state had any tickets on file. i was like "ok nm i even asked" and slowly walked away lol

Well, i wasn't necessarily meaning pay it to be a sheep and it's too bad there's no mail-in adjudication ( i think DC allows or use to allow this).   But the thing about the truck blocking the sight of the signal (and i sort of agree with you), is that the judge may say she shouldn't have been following so close as to be blocking the line of sight of the signal.

You could get a dismissal if no previous citations. Just fess up and ask for a dismissal based on driving record.

1. I couldnt see the light due to the truck
2. I should not have been so close
3. I have perfect driving record, (ask for a dismissal)
4. Leave a finski under the sink in the bathroom
5. Dont do #4
