4.10 gears for Dana44/12 bolt

Hi,
First post on the forum all the way from Norway!

I am going to purchase 4.10 gears for my k10. Currently I have 3.54 gears. There are a lot of options on ring&pinion sets. Some of them are "reverse cut", from my understanding reverse cut gears will be the best for my front D44, correct? I think the carrier break on the Dana 44 is 3.73 & down (3 series carrier) / 3.92 & up (4 series carrier). So i guess i need gears for a 3 series carrier? Going to purchase a Truetrac for my 12 bolt, it fits 3.73 and nurmerically higher gears, which carrier series will this be (3 or 4)? Also wondering what brand of gears you would recomend, motive, yukon or richmond etc?
