sorry for sure big pic's but it gets in detail i bought this POS from dash direct me and my dad tried to put it on and we did good on the right side left is not so lucky it wont go in at all here are some pics




Can You see the seperation?

Daaaaang, that sucks!  Do you have the clip installed under that area?  If so, is the clip inserted in the dash correctly?  My DD pad wasn't even that bad.  :(

Don't feel bad, I have 6 of those.  I haven't put them in the catalog, but I will sell them for $190 just to get rid of them.  Mine didn't look that bad either.

Call DD and ask for Damian and complain about the fit.  He says they have never had a complaint from a customer..  Other than me.

Similar problems here. Yours looks worse tho- Did you try and trim some of the excess flash from the l/h side before installing? You gotta be careful not to trim too much, but it helped mine a little.
