1986 SWB Stolen in Richmond Kentucky
« on: September 08, 2016, 12:15:51 pm »
I need all of your help!

My truck was stolen in Richmond Kentucky from the Holiday Inn Express on Monday Sept. 5 Between midnight and 7 am.

This truck has been in my family since 1990 and I had just picked it up from my Dad 2 days before in cape coral FL. I drove this truck all through highschool and then gave it back to my dad 15 years ago and just got it back and was headed towards Ohio.

My phone was last tracked an hour south in Barbourville, Kentucky.
The pics are from the day before it was stolen

If you see it or anyone trying to sell it or parts please let me know.

Thanks in advance Mike

I hope that worked!

It doesn't for me.  It could be that your security settings are to strict and only friends of yours can only see it

Sorry to hear of your bad luck, glad they found the truck. Growing up in law enforcement, it really makes me want to catch people like this, there is a special place in heck for them.

Yup, thou shall not steal! When this country was tough, you'd hang for stealing a horse. So what should we do if your caught boosting a square? (I can think of a few things)

Can you give us details of the theft, it may help us protect our trucks. Was it unlocked, keys inside, hot wire, tow it off etc. Were there any security measures like batt/ign cut off, alarm fuel cut off?

I have had my car stolen before, man it sucks. It is such a nice truck. My dad had the same truck even color when I was a kid, eventually a few wrecks and bent frame too many sent her to the scrapper. I cant wait to see how she comes back to life. Good luck and keep us posted, God Bless!!!
