what type of flat black is this?

ive been looking into flat blacks, possibly will paint some of my truck flat black. Im interested in this specific flat black ive seen at car shows before which is a flat black darker than the standard flat black and it almost looks fuzzy/powedery.

ive been looking online for a while best I can find is this stupid suede vinyl job... sorry to make you look at this ugly car but heres a picture

lol for bbq grills or its called bbq black? i cant seem to find any on google.

this color seems common when i look up "high heat" flat paint. must be something different about the high heat paint.

That car shown is a Maserati in a black suede wrap. It is very hard to get a true flat black. Eastwood has a flat black that looks like it works well. The problem with high heat paints are they tend to not be very UV resistant.
