What size wheels will work with little to no modifications

Hello.

Soon I will be lowering my '83 SWB C10 with the Belltech 4/6 lowering kit, I will be adding their Swaybars as well.

I would like to run 18x10 wheels in the rear and 18x8 wheels in the front. What offsets do I need, to avoid rubbing or having to modify anything.

Also, Tire sizes would also be appreciated.

Truck currently has 295/50r15 on the rear and 255/60r15 on the front.
