Noob from Bama

Just checking in from east bama. Looking into going old-school with next truck. I'm frustrated with all the PLC/ECU TECH and want to dumb-it-down a bit. Besides, I like the mid-late 80's chevy trucks.
Hopefully I can make a purchase on a truck this year on a turn-key/running/(mostly)non project type vehicle.
Thanks, I'll be hanging around.
