CHOSE POST SECTIONS WISELY PLEASE!!!
« on: December 07, 2005, 11:19:00 pm »
first i would like to say that in the short time i have been a member of this forum i have found it very useful and im grateful that it is here, but on to the subject of this thread. the most irritating thing about this forum is that engine diagnosis questions seem to be in every section, body repair questions seem to pop up in the engine sections, and so on and so forth. it is obviously a very complex job for the site moderators to keep things organized, so can we PLEASE think things through very carefully before we decide WHICH section our threads belong in! i have been guilty on occasion, but when i see that i try to correct it in the future. thanks for taking the time to read this rant.

I completely agree!

I try to move incorrect forum post as I stumble across them, but I do not frequent this board as much as I would like or have time for.

I agree, and I try to move them when I see them, some I just leave alone.

Hey, I don't visit any boards as much as I used to...I have a dang truck to finish, a house to work on, a wife to spend time with, a job to work, and now a kitten to keep off the friggin Christmas tree!  :D

No, not really.  I only need to buy a fuel pump, trans dipstick, and alternator in order to fire it up for the first time.  My painter finally got his shop rebuilt (he had a fire)...and it sounds like I will be able to get my box in around January.  Once the box has had its bodywork done, it will be ready for final paint.  :)

I hope to have it driveable and complete by summer...but will still have lots of odds and ends type stuff to finish on it.

How about YOUR trucks?
