Lakewood Plant

I was deciphering the VIN and my truck was made in Lakewood, but I don't know where that is. If you do would you tell me, just curious.

The Lakewood plant was in Atlanta, GA.

Capts right, It's in Atlanta.  The news, etc  all say it closed a while back, But I drive by it once or twice a week and it's still there and running.  They make metal parts there (fenders, etc, I guess).  2 of my old trucks came from there, my 62 and 78.
