I was wondering if I need to remove the back window in order to fix this little bit of rust?
What about this spot? I'm hoping I don't need to replace the whole cab corner for this little bit of rust?
About how much do you guys think it will cost me to fix these 2 spot?

Top one, yes you have to remove the window if you want it fixed right.
Bottom, how much you have to remove depends on how bad it is under the paint.
