I pulled an old headliner off an old junkyard truck, stripped the old fabric off of it and glued new headliner fabric on - real EASY and cheap.  The headliner fabric can be found at Jo Ann fabrics.  Glue it down with 3M #77 adhesive.

My new carpet I bought off Chris - Great quality, good price and fit like a glove (minor trimming). ;D
