78 interior into a 82 cab

i am new to this but i have already read that i can swap the cabs.but after i swap them can i put my 78 interior dash wiring etc into the 82 cab with out many problems.thanks for the site excellent information thanks in advance.

Anything is possible, I never have tried, but im sure it can be done, just be alot of swapping over, im not sure about the dashes, It seems like something is diff., bezels maybe? BTW welcome!!

The dash pad is different. Dunno if that will interchange. Interior door handles need swapped over. I also believe the gauge bezel is different.

The interior parts just need match each other. So if you are putting your complete 78 interior in there then your fine. The problems come when you try to mix it up.

Yes you can put the entire 78 interior in any cab you chose. (short of 73-76 doors..)
