What is it? It looks like garage floor sealer, if so, I dont think it will do anything for sound deadening.

Hey guys started looking into http://www.cascadeaudio.com/ and was wondering which of these products do you recommend? Dampener, Barrier, and Absorber? Looking to either spray on or roll on, unless someone says another way is better.

I think this site will answer your questions.

That site is owned by the owner of the Second Skin company, and as such may be biased to what he sells. Probly a lot of good info there though.

Exactly, use the information from the site and find vendors who sell a similar product for less money and do the same thing.

Another idea I have thought up is to buy cheap house paint and mix it up with lots of sand and apply it directly to the sheet metal.

No joke we used sand and a paint on the center of coast guard c-130 wings, for non slip. Its the same paint we spray on the rest of the A/C but with sand.

Its a rubberized flexible roof sealer coat, it dries like 3/8" or 1/2" thick...

Coasties keep the cleanest A/C's period. Atleast compared to the c130s we had come in from Homeland Security, Marines, Army, etc....
