ok thats what i was wonderin about all that can be adjusted. the truck has new and like new ball joints

could the sway bar have anything to do with this

You have tie rods to adjust. One thing you can do is take the tires off put a couple lugs back on to hold the rotor back on and measure the front of the rotor on the left side to the right side then do the same for the rear see what's different

Also maybe the axle nuts on one side or the other could be to tight of lose

well i got the truck fixed. took it to an alignment shop. toe was good jus the steerin wheel needed to be centerd up they adjustd the draglink. drives purty good now considerin way it was
